I am Michael Mnatsakanian, an Army Veteran, Engineer, and Investor who achieved financial independence at 27 through real estate with over 40 rentals. Since 2020, my wife, Sierra, and I have executed and mastered the art of house-hacking small multi-family properties. In 2021, we began our journey into creative finance when we realized that acquiring one new property a year was not enough to achieve our goals of scaling quickly and retiring early. Our pursuit led to diving head-first into the world of creative finance, off-market deals, and leveraging capital partners.

My expertise in creative deal structuring and underwriting has helped propel me to acquire over $10M in real estate in less than 4 years, retire Sierra from her W2, and become a leader in a multitude of real estate investment communities, including Subto with Pace Morby and Creative Camp with Rob Abasolo. 

Beyond underwriting and acquiring properties, my main passion is sharing my knowledge, tools, and resources in personal finance, investing, and creative finance to assist Intentional Investors in their pursuit of financial independence.
